One-on-One Training

One-on-One Training

TC offers one on one training opportunities for our TC athletes!

Individual training sessions will be designed around the individual athlete. Skills and training concepts that can be focused on include:

  • ball handling
  • footwork
  • shooting
  • finishing around the hoop
  • decision making on and off the ball
  • agility
  • plyometrics
  • strength and power training
  • individual defence
  • individual leadership

Coach Mouritzen(s), and other TC coaches will be available this club season for one on one athlete training. Scheduling and pricing will be dependent on the individual skill level, and age of the athlete.
